Cancellation Policy
We value our time and scheduling commitments. Please make any cancellations or schedule time/date changes 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To cancel or make changes to your appointment you need to contact Shinehouse at 480.363.0803 before the 48 hour mark, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75. Canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of half of your appointment total. If for whatever reason we are turned away at the door, faulty gate code, or we can not get in, it will result of a cancellation fee of your entire visit.
